We met in a modern way, through a dating app, and quickly discovered a genuine connection. Our first date at Asher Cafe in Northeast lasted well into the evening. Despite Maddie parking too far away than intended, arriving 15 minutes late, and frequently using the word “lit,” we ended up closing down the restaurant after hours of conversation. Andy then walked Maddie back to her car, graciously doing so while in urgent need of a restroom. Our second date included Long Island iced teas at Can Can Wonderland, followed by Indian food after Maddie badly lost against Andy in mini golf.

Three years later, in September 2025, we became engaged in Las Vegas, marking the next chapter of our story.
